About this role
Quality Control Manager, Training and Quality Manila, National Capital Region, PHL A Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and controller processes within Finance Operations. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives. Quality Managers play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability throughout the organization. Key job responsibilities Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures. Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures. Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality issues. Establish quality assurance policies and procedures. Lead and train staff on quality standards and best practices. Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management. Basic Qualifications: - Quality Management experience of 3+ years - A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach - Outstanding communication skills - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards Preferred Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, COPC) - Lead, mentor, and develop a team - Provide training on quality standards and controls
