About this role

Program Mgr. AI Automation , WW Prime - Benefits, Pricing & Constructs Seattle, Washington, USA Amazon Prime is seeking a hands-on, AI-native Program Manager to systematically eliminate manual coordination processes by building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered automation tools. This is not a traditional program management role - you will spend the majority of your time building working AI agents and automation workflows, not writing status updates. Amazon Prime is a core pillar of Amazon's consumer businesses and aspires to be the world's most engaging, satisfying, and loved membership program, delivering profitable growth by improving the Amazon experience. The program serves over 250 million members across 26 locales, with plans for further expansion. This role sits within the WW Prime Benefits, Pricing & Constructs (BPC) team and will own three interconnected charter areas: (1) building and deploying AI-powered automation tools that systematically eliminate manual coordination workflows across BPC's identified coordination points, with an initial focus on those that are business-coordination problems solvable without engineering investment; (2) owning a rolling automation roadmap with quarterly releases, measuring adoption and hours saved for every tool shipped, and iterating based on user feedback to drive adoption; and (3) building the automation layer that makes BPC's strategic programs scalable, ensuring coordination happens through tools rather than manual effort.
