SPEG UDE Program is looking for a highly skilled and analytical Program Manager, to drive Upstream Defect Elimination (UDE) initiatives across our Selling Partner Efficiency & Growth (SPEG) organization, delivering measurable business impact through strategic defect prevention at source. Key Responsibilities include. 1) Identify critical defects and optimization opportunities in Amazon's listing and selection processes. Build mechanisms to create robust pipelines that exceed targets 2) Perform defect sizing and root cause analysis to influence upstream tool owners for defect fixes through tool enhancements 3) Partner with senior leaders (L6-L7) across multiple VP organizations to secure bandwidth and prioritize defect elimination over reactive fixes. 4) Establish comprehensive governance frameworks for UDE programs, including pipeline development, quality controls, and executive reporting mechanisms.
