Program Manager, Payment Business Operation Latam Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, BRA Join our Latin American (LATAM) Payment Business Operations team as we seek a Program Manager to oversee payment controllership for accounts receivable and payable. In this role, you will identify operational gaps, design automated controls, and implement process improvements within our financial landscape. You'll work cross-functionally with developers, business teams, accounting staff, and product management to resolve issues and ensure reconciliation standards are met in a timely manner. With your background in accounting, finance, treasury, or payments industry, you'll build business metrics, develop dashboards, and drive operational excellence across our payment programs throughout LATAM markets. Key job responsibilities * Identify operational gaps in new offerings and set operational requirements for projects, working with developers, business teams, and accounting staff to resolve issues and implement process improvements. * Design automated controls for our payments financial landscape that meet reconciliation standards, ensuring proper tracking and resolution of open issues and research requests. * Build business and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, effectively using internal analytics and support tools to develop dashboards. * Identify risks to deliver commitments and drive corrective actions and resolution, providing regular status updates to management. * Manage and assess deliverables provided by external partners, while working with product management and technology teams to research issues and implement process improvements.
