Program Manager, Last Mile Central Operations Osasco, Sao Paulo, BRA Join Amazon's Network Operation Center as a Program Manager driving transformational change across our last-mile delivery network in Brazil. You'll lead high-impact programs that directly influence how millions of customers receive their packages, working with routing, scheduling, and on-road operations to solve complex logistical challenges at scale. Key job responsibilities - Lead program initiatives across routing, scheduling, on-road operations, and payments functions to improve last-mile delivery performance and operational efficiency - Analyze network data and operational trends to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization across the delivery network - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations teams, configuration specialists, and external partners to understand challenges and co-develop solutions - Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and processes that provide actionable insights to internal teams and external partners, increasing data availability and granularity - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by measuring program performance against established goals, identifying gaps, and implementing changes that increase operational effectiveness A day in the life As a Program Manager in Amazon Logistics Central Operations, you'll focus on optimizing last-mile delivery operations across multiple business lines.
