About this role
Program Manager II, Books Publisher Experience Seattle, Washington, USA Amazon Advantage is a consignment program that enables publishers, authors, musicians, filmmakers, studios, and other media content creators to list their physical products on Amazon and reach millions of customers globally. As a Program Manager for Vendor Success, you will be responsible for tracking and improving the satisfaction and support experience for the selling partners in our Advantage program. We're seeking an experienced Program Manager II to drive improvements to the vendor experience within Amazon's Advantage program through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and direct partner engagement. The position combines analytical capabilities with program management to monitor vendor health metrics, identify systemic pain points across the vendor lifecycle and translate findings into process improvements and product enhancements. Success in this role requires close partnership with supply chain, operations, Selling Partner Support, product, and vendor operations teams to deliver measurable improvements to the Advantage seller experience. Key job responsibilities - Develop and maintain dashboards to regularly monitor key metrics around vendor onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction with the Advantage program - Analyze data across vendor support requests, vendor performance and operations data as well as anecdotes to identify pain points and opportunities to enhance the vendor experience, working cross-functionally with teams in supply chain, operations, customer support and product. - Facilitate feedback sessions with Advantage selling partners to deeply understand their challenges and needs - Partner with the Advantage product and vendor operations teams to implement process improvements and new features to address vendor
