About this role

Program Manager, Customer Trust External Relations Arlington, Virginia, USA Customer Trust External Relations (CTXR) ensures global thought-leaders, brands, policymakers, regulators, consumer advocates, and media understand how Amazon delivers our trustworthy shopping experience by (1) delivering evidence and telling stories that persuasively demonstrate the reality of the customer-obsessed tools our teams build to protect our customers, brands, and selling partners, (2) accelerating and strengthening third-party, influential relationships and partnerships all over the world that raise the bar for retail to consumers' benefit, and (3) serving as a “voice of the customer” for product and tech teams. We are looking for a people-focused and results-oriented Program Manager (PM) based in WAS19, Amazon HQ2, who will execute and support the larger CTXR team on key projects across multiple initiatives, proactively drive program improvements and mechanisms, oversee team budget, ad-hoc projects that drive efficiency and deliver results, and execute external events. This individual will work closely with program leaders, our events lead, as well as administrative, Finance, and HR partners to ensure we structure, prioritize, and track programs that execute on our vision. The PM will be part of a global Strategic Initiatives team that drives centralization and adoption of mechanisms and strives for operational excellence. This role requires high attention to detail, organizational skills, experience planning and executing events, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
