About this role
Program Manager, Commute (EMEA) , Regional Portfolio Management (RPM) EMEA London, England, GBR Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team is looking for an innovative, results-orientated Program Manager based in London. The role will develop and oversee an EMEA Commute program that offers a daily, flexible and dynamic suite of options that provide frictionless, convenient and reliable access to the workplace for Amazonians, whilst aligning to The Climate Pledge, Amazon's commitment to reach net-zero carbon by 2040. GREF's Commute program sets a vision where Amazon commute journeys are made by active, sustainable and shared transport, when possible. Reaching this goal will require policy change, frictionless alternatives, investment and wide-scale change management to shift behaviors to more sustainable commute methods. The optimal candidate is an experienced and engaging professional who will excel within an entrepreneurial culture - providing vision, leadership, and communication - not afraid to dive deep into details. They should also understand the nuance of being approachable, while at the same time consultative - providing direction/recommendations to our EMEA team and fostering transparent relationships. The candidate must be able to balance frugality with creativity in offering solutions and approach problem-solving with an emphasis on root cause.
