About this role

Program Manager Accounts Receivable Hyderabad, Telangana, IND Program Manager Summary Join Amazon's Global Accounts Receivable team and shape the future of how we onboard business partners worldwide. You'll drive the integration of new initiatives onto our Order-to-Cash platforms, working across geographies and functions to deliver seamless experiences that support Amazon's mission to be earth's most customer-centric company. In this role, you'll own the global implementation of new business integration programs, standardizing processes and driving efficiency while collaborating with finance, operations, technology, and product teams to solve complex business challenges at scale. A Day in the Life As a Program Manager on the Global Accounts Receivable team, you'll focus on integrating new business initiatives onto our Order-to-Cash platforms. Your day might include designing transactional workflows that align with business models, translating complex requirements into functional designs, and coordinating with teams across multiple geographies to ensure smooth implementations. You'll work with finance operations, system developers, and business partners to define requirements, oversee testing, and develop standard operating procedures. You'll also monitor program performance, identify potential issues before they escalate, and collaborate across functions to drive adoption of best practices.
