About this role

Production/Post Production Coordinator Toronto, Ontario, CAN Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production/Post Production Coordinator to support our International Originals, Canada team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our productions - managing the flow of information, tracking deliverables, and ensuring each show runs smoothly from initial setup through production and final wrap. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about bringing world-class content to life for Prime Video audiences around the globe. Key job responsibilities • Compile, distribute, and store production/post production documents (e.g., contracts, call sheets, calendars, reports and schedules) on the studio network • Track and process approvals and production payments with BA, Legal, and Finance • Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met (e.g. budget lock, budget approval, kick-off calls, deliverables, international filming activity, etc.) • Facilitate communication with the show level and studio departments (e.g. casting, business affairs, legal, finance, PR/marketing, physical production, post production, creative, etc.) • Coordinate development kick-off calls for each individual project. • Update and distribute studio contact lists, and production guidelines and ensure that they are managed per studio requirements. • Maintain relationships with vendors and show level counterparts • Assist and facilitate general requests and communication to ensure shows are following studio guidelines and procedures A day in the life The primary focus of this role is to be the conduit of information between internal
