Product Compliance Program Manager , Global Trade Services Shenzhen, CHN Amazon seeks an experienced Product Compliance Program Manager to lead compliance operations for our rapidly expanding international marketplaces. This role drives the operationalization of regulatory compliance processes, ensuring products meet safety and regulatory requirements across global importing destinations. In operating risk programs, you will stay informed on regulations and technologies relevant to your space and bring them into your risk management programs. You will draw from your strong program management skills, presenting organized plans that clearly articulate the problem statement, the recommended solution and milestones along the way. You will clearly identify timelines and owners, and drive progress at the appropriate speed for risk reduction. To successfully run the compliance program smoothly with challenges of regulatory changes and new business models, you will earn trust with stakeholders by learning about and understanding their business lines and products. You will drive program operational excellence by calling out risks, constraints together with opportunities and build solutions to mitigation risks and scale the operations. When confronted with discordant views, you will drive the best way forward and build consensus.
