About this role

Process Assistant, AMXL 3P FC - West Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, IND Amazon Operations primarily consist of Inventory planning & supply chain, warehouse management, transportation, 3P seller order fulfillment, customer returns & customer service. The tasks handled by operations have a direct impact on customer experience with Amazon.com. You will work with the Leadership team at to improve existing systems or processes or devise new ways and reduce defects to serve Amazon's customers better. You will be required to analyze data, interact with cross functional teams, recommend and pilot improvements that will help us serve our customers better, in line with our goal to be the Earth's Most Customer Centric Company. We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs. As a frontline leader, to understand the ground reality, you will be expected to work with and help associates, which may occasionally include safely lifting heavier items and shipments with required support. Work requires the leader to go where value is being created in the operations which involve walking and standing.
