The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic programs for Amazon Ads' AI infrastructure core services that accelerate agentic AI development. This role requires deep technical knowledge in AI/ML systems, distributed infrastructure, and agentic frameworks, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams building foundational services that enable product teams to ship agents in weeks instead of months. As a TPM, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing agentic AI core infra product roadmap, driving agent builder adoption through seamless onboarding experiences, influencing technical and business stakeholders across Ads organizations, and ensuring the core services scales to support multi-agent workflows, stateful runtime, and production-grade reliability for advertiser- facing and internal agents.
