About this role
Principal Product Manager, World Wide Returns and Recommerce Hyderabad, Telangana, IND We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of a new, external-facing product and associated customer experiences. This role will own a critical set of capabilities that enable external partners and client applications to integrate seamlessly with our systems, while also delivering intuitive, high-quality customer-facing experiences. This is a 0→1 role focused on building and scaling a new business capability. You will define the long-term vision and product strategy, working backwards from customer needs to design scalable product solutions and user experiences that drive adoption. You will operate across multiple layers of the stack-owning APIs, integrations, and orchestration, while also shaping first-party applications and workflows. This role requires strong technical depth, product judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments. Key job responsibilities • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product and product offering • Design and deliver scalable APIs and integration frameworks that support a wide range of external partners (e.g., SaaS products, marketplaces, enterprise systems) • Build and evolve customer-facing experiences, including first-party applications and workflows, to drive adoption and usability • Work closely with engineering teams to influence architecture, system design, and technical trade-offs across distributed systems • Establish best practices for API design, developer experience, versioning, and system interoperability • Partner with business development and partner teams to onboard and scale integrations • Own end-to-end product delivery from ideation through launch and iteration, operating
