The Global Fleet & Products (GFP) organization is expanding and introducing new capabilities to our Fleet Management business that supports all Middle and Last Mile assets (tractors, trailers, box trucks, hostlers, delivery vans). In this role you will deliver world class solutions while wearing many hats and working in a highly collaborative environment that is more startup than big company. This role will require strong leadership skills, ability to identify trends with limited data and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the development of our maintenance business. This Principal Product Manager will be responsible for building short and long-term technical vendor integration strategy, partnering with our internal tech team and customers on prioritization, scope definition, and timing needs, working closely with vendor tech partners to deliver these products. To be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable interfacing with C-Suite executives from companies of all sizes (from start-ups to industry leaders) and capable of earning trust across multiple internal Amazon teams (e.g., tech, finance, legal, corporate development, operations, etc.) to achieve your goals.
