Principal Product Manager - Tech, Creators and Social New York, New York, USA The Creators and Social team's vision is to become Earth's most desired destination for creators and customers to engage in commerce content and discover relevant products through social experiences. We connect creators, customers, and brands through engaging social experiences that make shopping seamless and inspiring. By combining creator content with social reach, we meet customers wherever they are in their shopping journey while enabling creators to build successful businesses on Amazon. We are seeking a technical, experienced, results-oriented leader to oversee the strategy and product vision for our Creators team. This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to develop inspiring customer facing experiences. They should have significant experience partnering with UX, developing prototypes, gathering voice-of-customer, designing a/b experiments, and launching end-customer facing experiences that pair functionality with an awe-inspiring visual experience. This leader will also work across functional domains, geographies, business lines, and partners to innovate for customers. Successful candidates are leaders who can prioritize well, are technically excellent, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of innovating and delivering results. You should have strong ability to dive deep, strong data/analytical skills, a self-starter spirit, and experience convincing senior leadership to invest in big ideas and new ways of connecting with customers.
