Principal Product Manager-Tech, AI Productivity, Amazon Games GenAI & Strategic Initiatives Seattle, Washington, USA Amazon Game (Luna) is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead our AI-Enabled Organizational Productivity strategy, driving how AI transforms the way we build, market, and operate games. In this role, you will identify and scale high-impact opportunities to accelerate velocity, improve efficiency, and fundamentally rethink workflows across the organization. You will work across domains including engineering, marketing, and business insights to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that move beyond incremental productivity gains toward step-change improvements in how work gets done. Example initiatives may include reimagining marketing campaign workflows through agentic systems, accelerating game porting and development pipelines, and building reusable AI-enabled patterns that scale across teams. This role sits at the intersection of product, program, and change leadership. You will act as a connective tissue across teams, aligning priorities, driving execution, and ensuring adoption. Success will be defined not by isolated tools, but by building a durable system of AI-enabled ways of working that compounds over time.
