If you're a seasoned product leader who thrives on solving complex, high-stakes problems that directly impact both profitability and growth, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of premium seller services. In this role, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders across FBA operations, seller services, technical, category, and finance teams to drive overall selection growth, seller trust, and business performance in the High ASP segment. The role will focus on executing our multi-year product vision: eliminating foundational supply-side defects (inbound loss, returns, removals), building product category solutions, implementing specialized FBA capabilities, and ultimately driving demand-side customer experience improvements. Key job responsibilities - Own strategic roadmap execution for High ASP seller programs aligned to our multi-year vision (supply-side defects → category solutions → specialized capabilities → demand-side customer experience) - Drive trust restoration by eliminating structural operational gaps in inbound processing, customer returns, and inventory removal processes - Build category-specific solutions such as Serialized Validation Services and other high-value product protections - Partner cross-functionally with FBA operations, seller recruitment (US/international), category teams, MFN, and finance to drive cohesive seller experience - Accelerate selection growth through seller programs, partnerships, and
