About this role
Principal, PMT-ES Seattle, Washington, USA Amazon Quick is building the future of AI-powered work - an intelligent companion that connects to your tools, learns your context, and automates your workflows through autonomous agents. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager - Technical to own and drive our ISV and Third-Party Agent Integration strategy - building the interoperability layer, marketplace, and partnerships that enable agents from any trusted application to share context and complete work together, wherever work is happening. You will own the vision for how Amazon Quick becomes the orchestration layer where first-party, third-party, and customer-built agents collaborate across application boundaries. You'll define the protocols, developer primitives, and go-to-market motions that attract ISV partners, drive developer adoption, and create compounding value - where more agents attract more users, which attracts more partners. Key job responsibilities • Own the agent integration product end-to-end - define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for how third-party and customer-built agents work with Amazon Quick. • Drive data-informed product decisions through funnel instrumentation, experimentation, and cohort analysis. Prioritize complex deliverables across engineering, design, and science teams while managing technical trade-offs. • Define the interoperability layer - protocols, APIs, and developer primitives (MCP, A2A) - that enable agents to share context and orchestrate work across application boundaries. • Build the agent marketplace and discovery experience, including trust models, curation, and distribution mechanics that drive partner adoption and compound Quick's value. • Own cross-agent orchestration - how Quick routes tasks across first-party and third-party agents, handles
