PMO Program Manager, Tech Deployment PMO Austin, Texas, USA World Wide Tech Deployment (WWTD) is seeking an experienced and business oriented PMO Program Manager to join the Tech Deployment Global Project Management Office (TD PMO) team in driving the success of TD projects through understanding customer/business needs, creating mechanisms and analytics to support, and driving proper levels of reporting and compliance for our teams and leaders in support of Governance, Risk management and Compliance for Tech Deployment process adherence, tool utilization and data accuracy. Successful candidates will have Program and Project Management experience in with a focus on process improvement whilst possessing a good understanding of Governance and Compliance processes. Key job responsibilities As a PMO Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing and reporting compliance of team members for process adherence, tool utilization and data accuracy. You will be responsible for cross-org leadership communication as well as create status reports, trend risk analysis and governance policies. - Developing governance and compliance processes across multiple teams in line with the organizations needs. - Reporting business risks to senior leadership through trend analysis - Responsible for long term growth opportunities and risk identification, planning, communication and partnering with internal and external teams. - Works independently and in a group-setting, anticipates follow-up questions and responds with supporting data - Excellent communication, both verbal and written as you will be required to write policies, status reports, leadership report-out, update WBR/MBR/QBR documentation. - Working closely with external teams to implement corporate mandate
