The Amazon B2B Payments & Lending team provides invoicing, working capital and payment acceptance solutions to Amazon Business customers, sellers and other small business customers across Amazon. We are seeking a customer-obsessed, results-oriented Payment Solutions Manager to drive strategic customer relationships and lead payment success initiatives for Amazon Business enterprise customers. In partnership with Account Executives, this role will support large enterprise relationships to root cause and address the full complexity of enterprise procure-to-pay workflows. The ideal candidate brings deep fluency in B2B payment operations and understands how enterprise procurement systems, financial controls, and payment rails interact to create - or resolve - payment defects at scale. They will combine strong customer success management skills with program management capabilities, applying AI-powered tools and agentic frameworks to accelerate insights, automate routine workflows, and deliver smarter payment outcomes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Amazon Business Sales, and Customer Support teams to identify opportunities for growth, optimize customer experiences, and deliver measurable improvements in key performance metrics.
