Ops Area Manager IB and ICQA, SSD Fortaleza, Ceara, BRA We are seeking an Inbound and ICQA Area Manager to join our Fulfilment Center's Inbound and Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team. Our Fulfilment Centers lie at the core of Amazon's rapidly expanding operations network: they are where we handle our highly dynamic inventory. Key job responsibilities As an Area Manager, you will: · Lead and supervise a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within the Fulfillment Center. · Champion safety initiatives and ensure full compliance to maintain a safe and secure work environment for all associates. · Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies, ensuring SOX compliance and consistency. · Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, delivering actionable feedback to the operations management team. · Conduct shift planning and forecasting while effectively assigning and directing work. · Identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions. · Drive and support network-wide Fulfillment & Operations-focused quality initiatives. · Review and
