Network Health & Strategy Mgr, AMZL Partner Strategy&Experience Osasco, Sao Paulo, BRA Amazon is the most customer-centric company on Earth. We are looking for a Network Health & Strategy Manager to lead the Network Health & Strategy function within Amazon's Last Mile Brazil organization. This role owns the end-to-end network performance management and logistics strategy across our Amazon Partner Logistics programs - EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider), AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics), and AMXL (Amazon Extra Large). As a People Manager, you will lead and develop a of specialists - Network Strategy, Network Health and Strategic Projects - setting the strategic direction for network design, performance optimization, and logistics intelligence. You will drive a holistic AMZL view of partner performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence, leveraging Amazon's experience and knowledge to support logistics partners across the entire network. This role reports directly to the AMZL Partner Strategy & Experience leader and works cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Planning, and partner-facing teams to ensure network health and strategic decisions are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with Last Mile Brazil's growth objectives. This position is based out of an AMZL office and may require periodic travel.
