MHE - Mechanical Integration Leader, OMHS Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Amazon is seeking a Mechanical Integration Lead to drive the successful installation, integration, and deployment of automation and material handling systems across multiple facilities. This role provides mechanical engineering expertise in complex automation environments, ensuring projects meet Amazon's safety, timeline, cost, and quality standards. The Mechanical Integration Lead will collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and operations to implement scalable solutions, resolve technical issues, and deliver high-impact results across large, multi-site programs. Key job responsibilities Lead delivery of complex projects with multi-site impact ($10M to $50M scope) Provide technical expertise for automation initiatives across assigned sites Implement technical solutions and lead project level decisions Follow and help develop technical standards and best practices Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams Participate in technical reviews and drive engineering excellence Implement scalable solutions across assigned facilities Recommend and implement process improvements Create and maintain technical documentation Drive achievement of safety, timeline, cost, and quality metrics Provide technical input to leadership for decision-making Manage relationships with vendors and partners A day in the life As a Operations Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert in the integration and deployment of automation and material handling solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate across organizations to drive implementations and improvements across multiple sites. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience in engineering including a supervisory role managing people - Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing
