This person serves as the connective tissue across marketing teams, ensuring campaigns are planned on time, cross-functional dependencies are met, and creative work moves forward with clarity and confidence. At the heart of this role is a deep commitment to process integrity and cross-functional alignment. The Marketing Operations Manager doesn't just track timelines, they build the systems, habits, and accountability structures that allow marketing teams to do their best work. By owning the 12-week planning framework and enforcing milestone checkpoints, this person creates the conditions for campaigns to launch on time, on strategy, and with the right creative foundation in place. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. On any given week, the Marketing Operations Manager might be facilitating a Tier 1 marketing strategy session, resolving a dependency blocker with the Buying team, or working with channel leads to improve how they use Workfront. The breadth of this work requires someone who can zoom out to see the big picture while staying close enough to the details to catch problems before they cascade.
