About this role
Manager Risk Investigations II, REs-Q - Risk Mitigation, Escalation Reduction and Quality Assurance JPN We're looking for a Manager Risk Investigations II to lead a team of 9-12 Risk Specialists who conduct investigations, identify defects, analyze process gaps, and generate actionable insights to improve operational excellence. We partner with multiple teams and stakeholders to implement preventive controls and enhance the overall marketplace experience, while ensuring appropriate risk oversight of our rapidly growing seller and buyer ecosystem. Key job responsibilities 1. Design and optimize systems that increase critical-to-quality (CTQ) business needs by improving integration of people, materials, equipment, software, and finance. 2. Manage day-to-day operations of a team of senior Risk Specialists including planning of investigations, quality control, task allocation, and reporting. 3. Work closely with Risk Specialists and other Program Managers on weekly reviews to identify key learnings, findings, and metrics regarding Process Adherence, Program Improvement Opportunities, and Escalation Management. 4. Communicate effectively with other operations and/or program managers regarding risks, mitigation strategies, and operational success metrics. 5. Build and publish critical WBR and MBR data, and support creation of executive-level reports. 6. Review and approve investigation findings, develop action plans, and ensure implementation of preventive controls. 7. Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable. 8.
