Machine Learning Engineer, Sponsored Products and Brands Relevance Palo Alto, California, USA The Sponsored Products and Brands (SPB) team at Amazon Ads is re-imagining the advertising landscape through generative AI, revolutionizing how millions of customers discover products and engage with brands across Amazon and beyond. We bridge human creativity with artificial intelligence to transform every aspect of the advertising lifecycle-from ad creation and optimization to performance analysis and customer insights. Within SPB, the Search Relevance team's mission is to help shoppers easily find and discover the most useful and relevant sponsored products while improving advertisers' ability to reach the right shoppers in the right context. We develop capabilities to understand shoppers' queries, shopping missions, and product attributes to identify ASINs that are contextually relevant to each shopper. As a Machine Learning Engineer on this team, you will collaborate with scientists and product managers to work backwards from customers, identify problems, and propose innovative solutions. You will mentor junior engineers, raise the bar for engineering excellence, and have a positive impact on hundreds of millions of customers.
