As a Logistics Scheduler in our Quick Commerce team, you'll be at the forefront of managing one of the most complex and dynamic transportation networks. Your role will be crucial in orchestrating seamless operations across our network of stores, each strategically positioned to serve customers within their local areas. We're looking for individuals who embody our bias for action, can think big, and are excited about solving complex logistics challenges in real-time. You'll be part of a team that's building the future of retail, working across EU markets to ensure we maintain our promise of ultra-fast delivery to our customers. The position offers fixed work schedules (morning, afternoon, night or central shift), with rotating rest days throughout the week. Key job responsibilities Key Job Responsibilities • Monitor dark store operations and coordinate with delivery partners across the UK and EU network. • Manage delivery capacity in real-time, responding to volume changes and operational issues. • Track and resolve exceptions to maintain service quality • Communicate with operations teams and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly • Report on performance metrics and support process
