L&D Specialist, India Corp L&D, IND Corp L&D Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the India Retail organization as a Learning & Development(L&D) Specialist. The L&D specialist is an active member of the IN Corp Learning Team, driving and supporting network-wide initiatives impacting Amazon.in's seller partners as well as the internal category and HR teams. This is a contractual role for 12 months. Key job responsibilities • Partner with senior leaders (internal and external) and other support functions to design, develop and implement capability initiatives for business, HR and seller partners • Translate customer requirements and business strategy into learning programs that are scalable, simple, employee-friendly and adaptable • Work with senior management and the HR team to design, develop and implement customized learning solutions. • Assess the customer training needs through learning needs identification exercise and leverage the inputs to improve the offerings. • Plan and execute the learning calendar • Identify the right mix of channels and facilitators (3rd party, in house) for content delivery and effectiveness • Review and analyze L&D metrics including data on feedback, coverage and impact to recommend systemic improvements. • Build strong working relationships and develop deep partnership with the partner teams. • Set milestones, define success metrics, prioritize programs, and influence customer leaders to deliver the outcomes. • Demonstrate effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence in all directions and at all levels. • Deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often
