As a member of our IT Services Organization, you will have an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to that goal supporting internal employees Key job responsibilities This role is a technical on-premise position supporting internal employees. This position requires hands-on experience in supporting PC hardware, software and internal tooling for employees. It requires working with internal ticketing tool to communicate with customers. Prepare hardware for new hires joining the company and also manage IT asset inventory Basic Qualifications: - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment - Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation - Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery - Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS and DHCP) - Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting - Experience working with windows server technologies Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in networking - Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
