Instructional Design Associate, JP Medical Operation Chiba, JPN JP Medical Operation チームにて、Instructional Design Associate (Catalog Specialist I / Level 3 IC) を募集します。 医薬品・医療機器の適正販売のため、カタログスペシャリスト、登録販売者、薬剤師向けの教育コンテンツの制作を担当していただきます。具体的には、薬機法や各種規制に関する必須知識、商品掲載基準、適正な情報提供方法などについて、分かりやすく実践的な教材の作成を行います。eラーニング教材、動画コンテンツ、確認テストなど、様々な形式での教材開発に携わっていただきます。現場と連携しながら、正確な情報を効果的に伝えるコンテンツを制作し、チームメンバーの業務品質向上に貢献していただきます。 Key job responsibilities チームとしての職責 ・ Customerへの正しい情報提供と適正販売を行う。 ・ Amazon.co.jp上の医薬品商品説明に責任を持つ。 ・ 医薬品、医療機器等の出荷業務を確認する。 ・ 物流センターにおける安全および衛生に関する助言および安全衛生活動を実施する。 Instructional Design Associate としての職責 Instructional DesignerやTraining Specialistから提供されたガイドラインに基づき、トレーニングマテリアルの制作に責任を持ちます。具体的には、薬機法や各種規制要件を正確に反映したeラーニング教材、動画コンテンツ、確認テストなどの作成を通じて、チームメンバーの理解度向上をサポートします。作成したマテリアルを使用したトレーニング配信のサポート、および同僚・直属マネージャーとの協働によるマテリアル品質向上を責任範囲とします。 A day in the life 1. トレーニングマテリアル作成と実装（90%） ・業界標準のツール・技術（Articulate Storyline、Articulate 360等）を使用した効率的で理解しやすいコンテンツ作成 ・トレーニング実装・実装後のフィードバック収集 2. チームメンバーとトレーニングマテリアル作成に関するコミュニケーション（5%） ・同じレベルのNew Hireへ業務をインプットやチームメンバーへの情報共有 3. オペレーションサポート（5%） ・医薬品の販売可否判断などのオペレーションサポート業務 Basic Qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - チームメンバーとリモートで協働できる能力 - チームメンバーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力 - 薬剤師または登録販売者の資格。 Preferred Qualifications: - インストラクショナルデザインツール（Articulate Storyline、Articulate 360、Camtasia、Lectora）を使用したコンテンツ設計の経験 - デザインソフトウェア（Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign）の基礎知識 - 学習管理システム（Cornerstone LMS、Moodle、Canvas）の使用経験 - トレーニングまたは教育分野での経験 - データ分析・評価の基礎知識 Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
