About this role
InStock Manager, Fulfillment by Amazon Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, BRA Amazon is seeking dynamic InStock Manager to join our FBA team in São Paulo, Brazil. As an InStock Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory management and availability for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) strategic sellers. Your primary focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing Out of Stock (OOS) selection, and maintaining healthy inventory metrics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic activities happen in parallel. In this position, you will focus on helping sellers with operational challenges to better align their logistics processes with FBA, optimizing inventory management and availability, analyzing supply chain problems, building the Supply Chain strategy for key accounts, and delivering the best experience for our customers. You will be responsible for inventory forecast planning, inventory replenishment execution, and operational improvements, acting as a key point of contact for inventory management for a segment of sellers. You will work on identifying opportunities to simplify and automate tasks, ensuring that inventory systems and processes meet business needs by implementing controls over them. The ideal person will have the energy to handle an environment where tactical and strategic activities happen in parallel. In this position, you will manage strategic sellers, working autonomously to deliver the service. You will also be responsible for implementing scalable process improvements that will impact the entire FBA seller base.
