Amazon Retail India Pvt Ltd (ARIPL) is hiring an Instock Manager to manage Dry Grocery business. Instock Manager will be responsible for the availability of our selection to customers: “what you do not have in stock, you cannot sell”. This role will comprise demand planning, ordering, inventory management and setting up new processes to scale up as we plan to grow multi-fold in next few years. He/ She will work closely with multiple teams to create the optimal experience for the customer in a scalable way. The individual will track key metrics and drive improvements through actionable plans. He/ She will provide leadership on supply chain topics and ensure alignment with business strategy. The right candidate for this position should enjoy working in a start-up environment where collaboration, flexibility and a sense of humor are highly valued.
