About this role
ICQA Researcher Dubai, ARE As an ICQA Researcher you will be assigned to Inventory will work closely with the Inbound and Inventory Operations team in efforts to provide data support for OE initiatives, root cause investigation of inbound defects, support for implementation of systems changes such as FIFO and comingled inventory and menu administration. The right candidate will demonstrate a good sense of ownership, ability to lead by example in all key areas of performance including safety and quality, and ability to develop a subject matter expertise on all operations processes in their assigned department. Key job responsibilities Development of data collection processes and data management systems • Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate) • Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Access and Excel • Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes • In depth research of defect trends • Data collection and entry as needed • Data mining and problem solving Basic Qualifications: - Experience in an operational role Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ years of manufacturing or customer-facing environment experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
