You will drive operational excellence through strategic leadership at your site(s), translating priorities into actionable plans while leveraging technology and data to enhance decision-making. The HR Manager leads and is responsible for operational excellence and organizational health through strategic PXT leadership and effective people management. They strengthen culture and deliver business results by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans through their site's PXT function.
