About this role
HR Business Partner, People, Experience and Technology (PXT) Cairo, EGY Join Amazon's HR team as an HR Business Partner supporting our AMZL Transportation network. You'll partner with operations leaders to drive employee engagement, develop talent, and deliver practical people strategies that keep our delivery station teams motivated and our customers happy. Key job responsibilities The Amazon HR team is passionate about business partnering in its truest sense. You will play a critical role in delivering the HR plan across our AMZL Transportation delivery stations. You will work closely with the last-mile delivery operations team providing pragmatic, commercial and employee-focussed advice and support to a client group. You will utilise your excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change, ensuring that we retain motivated teams of delivery associates and station employees who can deliver an exceptional last-mile experience to our customers. As an HR Business Partner, you will enjoy a varied role and a wide range of interactions across all levels on a daily basis. You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on national HR projects. Whatever you will focus on, it will all be aimed at delivering the highest quality service to our internal and external customers. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of HR work within an international, fast-paced, and customer-driven environment experience - Knowledge of local labor law - Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment - Experience supporting hourly employee
