The HR Business Partner for a UAE Fulfillment Center provides HR generalist support to site operations leaders and a large population of employees-primarily a contractual workforce-while solving complex problems and influencing outcomes across teams. In this role, you will partner with site leadership to deliver HR initiatives focused on driving and supporting operational performance. You will own projects that enhance the employee experience across multiple shifts while mentoring entry-level HR team members and participating in recruitment activities. Your responsibilities include monitoring site-level PXT metrics, managing employee grievances, adopting and scaling new tech tools, and raising the bar on associate experience through listening channels, engagement programs, and AI-driven solutions. You will invent and simplify HR processes to eliminate inefficiencies and create scalable solutions for a predominantly contractual workforce. Success requires leveraging data-driven insights, making sound trade-offs between time, quality, and resources, and communicating clearly across all levels. You will balance tactical execution with strategic thinking to drive site-level organizational success and deliver results that impact both people and business outcomes. Your ability to manage difficult problems, mitigate risks, deal with ambiguity, write clear documentation, and present to senior leaders will be essential in the fast-paced operations environment.
