Graphic designer | Home & kitchen, OHL Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND We are seeking a creative Visual Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design language and a structured approach to the design process, from ideation to execution. Key job responsibilities The Visual Designer will be responsible for leading creative ideation, developing mood boards, defining color palettes, and establishing clear visual directions aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves applying research, trend analysis, and insights to inform design decisions, while ensuring consistency and quality across all visual assets. The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and engaging visual experiences across digital and marketing platforms. Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of professional experience in visual or graphic design. • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, with working knowledge of complementary design tools. • Demonstrated mastery of design fundamentals: typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy. • Strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and versatile visual approaches. • Experience developing comprehensive visual systems that maintain consistency across applications. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently in fast-paced environments. • Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
