About this role

Global Real Estate Business Partner, AMZN Stores, GREF – Global Business Partnering (GBP) Seattle, Washington, USA The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team provides real estate transaction expertise, business partnering, occupancy planning, capital investment management, workplace strategy and facility operations for Amazon's corporate office portfolio globally. This role is on the Global Business Partnering (GBP) team who's overarching purpose is to create a bridge between each business unit and GREF to align real estate strategies in support of business objectives. As a Manager on GREF's Business Partnering team, you will serve as a business partner (BP) working with the Amazon World Wide Operations organization and GREF's senior leaders. This role acts as the key liaison between the business and GREF, focusing on four key areas: - Real estate portfolio requirements - Business-line reporting and planning of GREF workflows - Real estate transaction rationale and approvals - Escalation management (includes root cause analysis and defect mitigation) The optimal candidate is an experienced business partner who excels in an entrepreneurial culture, building trust quickly. They have a strong mastery of the range of challenges and scope within corporate real estate and workplace experience. They have vision, strong leadership and communication skills, and are comfortable with C-Suite executives. This person must be able to dive deep and deliver on behalf of the customer while dealing with ambiguity.
