We are seeking a Senior Commodity Manager who will help drive the complex, high-stakes world of memory to ensure our supply chain remains resilient, innovative, and competitive. This role is the focal point for technology, engineering, supply chain, and suppliers in securing our short-term needs as well as architecting our long-term future. Key job responsibilities As a Global Commodity Manager, you will: - Develop and execute a comprehensive commodity technology roadmap that aligns business needs with supplier capabilities, anticipating future trends in semiconductor technologies. - Manage relationships with memory suppliers, define and own the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and lead the supplier lifecycle from selection and qualification to cost & contract negotiation and performance evaluation. - Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing market drivers, pricing dynamics, cost structures, technical innovations, and competitive landscapes to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities. - Drive cost-reduction initiatives through rigorous analysis, value engineering, and fostering competitive sourcing environments.
