Facilities SVS Sr Area Manager, 施設管理部管理課/RME-Facilities Ageo-shi, Saitama, JPN Amazonは、何百万の商品をお客様へ提供し続けることによって、世界的に認知度が高く、グローバルリーディングカンパニ-としての地位を確立しています。また、“地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業”であり続けるため、日々改善と改革を行っており、それらの業務へ貢献できる経験豊富な人材を求めています。 JCFS(Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions)とは、AmazonのFulfillment Solutionを追求するオペレーション技術統括本部です。アマゾンジャパンオペレーション業務の中核部門としてオペレーションの各部門を効率的に連携することに貢献します。 JCFSは、リライアビリティー＆メンテナンスエンジニアリングファシリティーズ部門(以下RME-F)において、Facility Managerを探しています。本ポジションは、アマゾンジャパンにおける、フルフィルメントセンター(以下FC)の設備の維持管理とそこで働く従業員の職場環境の日々改善を、Outsourcingを活用して実現していくポジションです。 Facility Managerは建屋の建築、電気、空調、衛生、消火、昇降設備の保守点検及び不具合対応や小規模な工事、そしてCafeteria運営や売店、シャトルバスの運行管理、各種資産の管理、FCの運営にとって重要なコストの管理も行います。施設管理では年間保全計画や中長期保全計画のプランと実施、Cafeteria運営では、全従業員が満足できる環境作りに積極的に取組、カスタマーエクスぺリエンスの向上を成し遂げます。 そして従業員の通勤手段であるシャトルバスのダイヤ改正や適切な運行管理とコスト管理でカスタマーに貢献します。 また、サステナビリティにも貢献します。 FC内で発生する消費電力を最適化するべく、省エネ活動を提案・実行します。次に廃棄物の低減を目的としたリサイクル率の向上やコンプライアンスを遵守した運営費用の最適化を協力会社と共に深堀し改善します。 そして、行政や建屋オーナー、各種委託先と折衝しながら良好な関係を築き、FCの安定稼働に繋げます。 以上の業務をOutsourcing先の協力会社と管理しながら、その管理体制も改善するべく提案・実行のリードを担ってもらいます。また、FCや自身の管轄だけでなく、全国のFCのRME-F設備管理を行っている各拠点の担当者とディスカッションを含むコミュニケーションを密に行い、情報・学び・成功体験を共有・標準化して展開する業務にも取り組んでいただきます。社内外ともに良好な関係性を築ける高いコミュニケーション能力を発揮し、自ら行動を起こし結果に繋げる、強いドライブ力をもった方からの応募をお待ちしています。 Key job responsibilities ・25％ 建屋に関する建築、電気、空調、衛生、消火、昇降設備に関わる保全計画のプランと実施。各種取引先との交渉、関係構築。省エネルギー管理 ・20% 施設の省エネ管理、廃棄物やリサイクル品処理のオペレーションとコスト管理、関連するコンプライアンス遵守 ・15% 予算管理及び予算削減の提案・契約書の見直し ・15% 全国での改善横ぐし活動のリード ・10% 各種レポートの作成・契約書の見直し ・10% Cafeteriaや売店において、従業員に対し安全でおいしい食事が提供できる環境作り ・5％ シャトルバスの運行管理や行政や地域対応 ※基本的に日勤、土日祝休みですが年に数回夜勤があります。 About the team 本ポジションの所属部門等に関する詳細は、下記リンク先をご参照ください。 ・所属部門:オペレーション技術開発https://www.amazon.co.jp/b?node=5637342051 ・職種:セーフティ/セキュリティ/ファシリティhttps://www.amazon.co.jp/b?node=5609901051 Basic Qualifications: - 10年以上の施設管理経験（総務経験含むでも可） ・サプライヤーとのパートナーシップ構築能力及び優れた折衝能力 ・コスト分析及びコスト削減の提案、実行の経験 ・ PCスキル（Excel, Power point, Word） ・Businessレベルの日本語力（会議を進行できる、Business文書が書ける） Preferred Qualifications: - - - 学士号、大卒以上、またはこれに相当する職務経験 - - - 製造業もしくは物流業での施設管理経験者10年以上 - - - 業者とのPartnership構築能力及び優れた折衝能力 - - - 優れたコスト感覚 - - - 論理的な思考力 - - - 優先順位判断力及び問題解決能力 - - - 新しい知識を学ぶことに対する意欲力 - - - 建物/設備などの改善改良を計画し、実施した経験 - - - ビジネスレベルの英語力 - - - インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること。 - Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
