Here at Amazon we are currently looking for a highly motivated External Fulfillment Specialist for our External Fulfillment sites based in Ankara/. The right candidate will join the 3PL Operations Team, reporting to the Operations Manager. The job will provide opportunity to grow in Amazon Turkey and other global Operations/Supply Chain departments within the company. Key job responsibilities • Coordinating the daily operations in Amazon's 3PL sites. • Coordinating the E2E operational flow (inbound - inventory - outbound) within the sites. • Conducting analysis, monitoring key KPIs and taking corrective actions. • Initiating and leading process improvement projects to enhance the experience we provide to our customers. • Acting as a point of contact through the communication between Operations and related stakeholders, such as Supply Chain, Retail and Transportation teams. • Strong sense of responsibility and taking action, maintaining an ethical, fair and reliable behavior in all situations • Problem solving of any issues that affect operations or that may require working physically on the ground as a supervisor or auditor of the operations across shifts.
