We need your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity to help take us to new heights. Amazon Studios is seeking a senior Exec Support / Program Manager role for Amazon Studios Theatrical Marketing department. We are looking for an experienced partner who can drive operational excellence, supporting a key executive as Amazon sets up a new Theatrical Marketing department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate business acumen, discretion, leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups. They will have a wide scope of work - spanning administrative duties to managing strategic instances (conventions/conference coordination, for example). Due to the international nature of the role, day to day working hours will vary and out of hours response will be required. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities • Proactive in calendaring by working with others to ensure highly complex meetings, synchronize across all indaviduals and execute smoothly • Manages all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including complex multi-day meeting set-up, logistics, lodging, transportation, meals • Proactively collects documentation for all expense reports • Schedules highly confidential / sensitive meetings and manages confidential documents and information • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (e.g., Distribution, Finance, PR) and external
