About this role
Executive Assistant, Personal Devices Sunnyvale, California, USA Looking for a can do, fast-paced, enthusiastic, empathetic, team-oriented 'make it happen' EA for a dynamic team building exciting new products. Need a high integrity candiate with the right level of discretion - will be responsible for handling confidential information about new products and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives across the company. The EA must be creative, organized, detail-oriented, exercise good judgment, have strong written, verbal and administrative skills. The EA must be able to work in a dynamic, complex work environment and balance multiple priorities. They will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of tasks, assignments and confidential matters with discretion. The EA must demonstrate a strong bias for action by handling administrative matters expeditiously, proactively and professionally to ensure successful completion of assigned projects and tasks. Key job responsibilities Support executive and team in coordinating meetings, key business mechanisms and cross functional / cross org collaborations. Must be able to build key partnerships with other EAs and teams to collaborate effectively and adapt to changing conditions. Role responsibilities iplanning and organizing events, and coordinating domestic and international travel, as well as timely expense reporting and management. This candidate will help build a positive team environment.
