About this role
Engagement Manager, AWS Generative AI Innovation Center Warsaw, Woj. Mazowieckie, POL The Generative AI Innovation Center helps AWS customers implement Generative AI solutions and realize transformational business opportunities. This is a team of strategists, scientists, engineers, and architects working step-by-step with customers to build bespoke solutions that harness the power of generative AI. We seek an Engagement Manager to lead Generative AI transformation projects. Engagement Managers drive AWS GenAI adoption, orchestrate customer engagements, and ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions. Engagement Managers set up an effective work framework, proactively handle risks and communicate in an effective way with all stakeholders. This role is focused on leading transformation projects with autonomy, often involving multiple Amazon and customer teams and needing to deliver measurable customer outcomes. Key job responsibilities • Lead GenAI transformation projects and strategic initiatives • Develop and execute AI adoption strategies aligned with customer business outcomes • Drive innovation through AWS Foundation Models, Amazon Bedrock, and custom LLM solutions • Orchestrate cross-functional teams including AI/ML experts, solutions architects, and developers • Identify and develop new business opportunities in GenAI space Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), commuter benefits where applicable, and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well-being).
