Do you want to shape how the world's most ambitious organizations build AI-ready foundations in the cloud? We're looking for someone who can do both - and continue to build a world-class team while doing it. As the Specialist Solutions Architecture (SSA) Leader for Core Services across EMEA, you will lead an elite team of specialist solutions architects who are the definitive technical authority on AWS's foundational infrastructure services - Compute, Accelerated Compute, HPC, Security, Networking, and Storage. Your team partners with AWS's regional sales organization to accelerate adoption, but your personal impact extends far beyond: you will be a trusted technical advisor in C-suite conversations, helping customers architect for AI at scale and connecting infrastructure decisions to business outcomes. Reporting directly to the EMEA Specialists Leader, you will own the regional strategy for specialist resource investment, customer engagement priorities, and technical adoption across current and emerging services. You will influence AWS's global product roadmap by amplifying the voice of EMEA's most strategic customers - and you will build, coach, and retain a high-performing team of elite technical leaders who set the standard for customer obsession and technical excellence. The team provides field leadership with deep domain expertise spanning Compute, Accelerated Compute, High Performance Computing (HPC), Security, Networking, Storage, and related infrastructure services.
