Director, Technology APJC , AGS Technology SGP Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Director of Technology to serve as technical leader for our Asia Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC) region. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of cloud and generative AI adoption across one of the world's most dynamic and strategically significant markets - and to do so as a core member of both the APJC Leadership Team and the AWS Global Technology Leadership Team. In this role, you will provide the technical leadership and voice within the go-to-market strategy for a region of extraordinary scale, diversity, and complexity. You will partner with customers, AWS Sales, and cross-functional AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address customers' most pressing business challenges and accelerate the adoption of AWS services. Recognised as a trusted customer advocate, you will help organisations understand best practices for advanced cloud-based solutions - including how to migrate and modernise existing workloads - while translating complex technology into compelling business outcomes. You will lead a high-performing organisation of Solutions Architects and technical leaders, driving transformational customer outcomes across the region. Your influence will extend well beyond your direct organisation - shaping AWS's technical strategy, contributing to worldwide leadership forums, and serving as a trusted voice at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation.
