ABOUT THIS ROLE As Director, Product Analytics, you'll serve as a data-driven decision enabler for our Product leadership team. This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to transform complex data into actionable insights that shape product strategy. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the reporting processes that deliver critical KPIs and business insights across our organization. Working with loosely defined problems, you'll transform complex data into clear, actionable narratives. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining data governance standards while making insights readily accessible through efficient, self-service data solutions. ABOUT YOU You are proficient in SQL and Python with demonstrated experience delivering products or prototypes end-to-end (from conception, to design, to specification, to code, to test, to measurement, to presentation). You possess an in-depth knowledge of relevant data sources, business intelligence technologies, data science and analytical tools: you know what's possible, in which direction to steer, and how to move fast with solutions, adjustments, and recommendations.
