Key job responsibilities * Perform marketing operations to enhance the visibility of content across digital platforms. * Quickly understand and effectively utilize marketing and operation workflow tools. * Continuously adapt to and learn new features of the marketing programs. * Edit and fix content efficiently, following established Standard Operating Procedures to spot and correct errors. * Monitor and be aware of key operations metrics such as productivity (number of titles processed per hour), quality (defect percentage), and delivery/latency Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Ensure compliance with these metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team goals, and personal goals. * Be accountable for meeting performance standards and contributing to team objectives. * Participate in regular team meetings to discuss process improvements and implement changes as needed. Basic Qualifications: - * Educational Qualification: Completed an undergraduate degree in any stream. * Analytical Skills: Ability to solve basic mathematical and logical problems. * Excel Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Excel and its
