Digital Content Production Manager, IDC Content Studio Seattle, Washington, USA AWS IDC Content Studio is seeking a results-driven Production Manager to serve as a key production partner for IDP digital marketing content across AWS Marketing. This role is the vital link between creative vision and flawless delivery - orchestrating digital content projects from intake through final delivery, ensuring IDP programs and campaigns transform into exceptional, bar-raising work. As the "front of the house" partner, you will serve as the primary production partner for IDP v-teams and requestors across AWS Marketing, managing expectations, supporting cross-functional alignment, and ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality and brand integrity. This role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and interpersonal finesse. . Key job responsibilities Requestor Relationship Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for requestors within the IDC and across AWS Marketing, managing expectations, communicating project status, and building trusted partnerships. · Conduct discovery calls to align on creative asks, refine project artifacts (Creative Brief, Bill of Materials), and confirm scope before moving into production · Present tactical approaches, and business rationale to stakeholders and leadership - including documents reviewed at the Manager/Director level Project Coordination & Workflow Management · Manage end-to-end project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable schedules across multiple concurrent IDP campaigns · Establish workback schedules during the Confirmation stage to achieve on-time delivery across all content tiers Cross-Functional Team Leadership · Coordinate between creative, strategy, IDP v-teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and
